running could also help
daily exercise and work out
eat only healthy food
take care of your body like massage or tanning would also help.

You mean thinner without fat or thinner less muscular ?
That's like comparing apples to oranges... You use the word "fix" but there's nothing wrong with the legs in the second picture. I actually think they look better than the first, but that's not the point... Anyway, you can't really lose weight on your legs without losing some weight everywhere else, so basic diet and exercise will do the trick if you really want it. Cycling is good for toning leg muscles, if muscle is what you're after.
They look the same to me.
However, if you want to lose muscle tone, don't walk or work out your leg muscles as much.
