More leg definition... How do I get it?

I'm not heavy, I'm on the thinner side, so that's not the issue. I work out a decent bit , my legs are pretty toned, just my calves don't have much definition. They aren't huge or cankle like... they just don't show a nice defined ankle like i wish I had. Other than wearing heels all the time, can I help fix it?
