Intense cardio, like plyometrics (jump training). Burns a TON of calories, but will leave you really sore the next day. It will also speed up your metabolism greatly. You can find training videos for free on youtube.
If you have the time, look into Shaun T's Insanity. It is rough though, but will get very fast results. I couldn't keep up with it, not even close. But my workouts are geared more towards bodybuilding and less towards extremely lean.
Runnning will do it but that's slow. Probably swimming a lot and eating mostly fruit for a few days is the best way to lose weight fast and in a healthy way
Cut calories and hit the gym. Less energy going in then going out will cause your body to burn the energy stored in your fat.
