It depends on your eating,excercise,and how much you already weigh.There are so many factors that none of us can tell you an exact or approx answer because we don't know your body specifics.

They say that you can loose 1-2lb per a week so I reacon you could loose 25lb :)
Pursuant to national heart lung and blood institute, "Weight loss should be about 1 to 2 pounds per week..."
So it makes 25 to 50 pounds. I wouldn't try more.
