The more you workout and change your better, the better you'll feel. I know what you mean because I've been in this same situation a few times. Its a mix of depression and your weight gain doesn't help at all. You need to push yourself out of bed, no matter how hard that may be and get to the gym. Once you get back into your routine and eat healthy you'll feel better I can guarantee it. I felt this way a few months ago. Even after I went to the gym I felt disgusted but if I sat at home instead of going then I knew I would just gain more weight and it would never end. You need to take control of your life and get yourself back into your routine. Tomorrow is a new day. Plus running/exercising is a good way to relieve stress.

Find satisfying low cal foods - Miso soup (I have this squeeze bottle miso mix concentrate that rocks) Fantastic tasting.
Munch on Greek Yogurt - fat free.
And, you can still workout at home. Get some exercise bands and look on the Bodylastics channel on YouTube for some great workouts.
"
Why can't I stop eating?"
You might be compensating, with food , for something you feel you miss.
