Natural Acne Remedies

So I'm the past month my face has gone from clear to full of acne on my left side I know is normal stuff but I don't want to use chemicals and stuff I want to take a natural approach. Can you help me, do you know any thing that could help reduce the acne that I could have at home or buy at the supermarket. what you use?

I know many remedies, I use to have acne and still have a bit, I have a really special skin, so I can't use many of the remedies for it, but I've tried many good ones that could help you, to wash your face just use the simplest soap you can find in the supermarket, the one with the least chemicals, if you can find pure soap better, remember that acne is an infection, it is actually skin pores getting infected by dirt particles, if you have many blackheads I would also recommend some skin scrub, but be careful not to irritate your skin too much, you need to do that like once a week, or maybe twice depending on how much you have on your skin, after a skin scrub you should use a skin tonic because it helps to calm the skin, something that helps a lot is green argil, if you can get hold of some you could do face packs, you can mix the green argil with some lemon juice and then put it on your face, and leave it there I'll say like 15 minutes, lemon might not be good to some people, if you see it's not working well try just mixing it with water, and something I always used to put on my skin was aloe vera, it is the best you can put on it, just pure aloe vera, I have some plants of it and what I used to do was cut one leave and then put the pulp it all over my face after I've washed my face and is dry and then go to sleep, you can even leave pieces of the leave on the zones you have most acne, but it might stain your blankets, and it's difficult for it to go off, one tip for drying your face, use tissues, not towels, since it's an infection you want to be the most hygienic possible, and if you want to be radical you could change your pillow cover every night or just put a clean cloth on it every night, it helps stopping the infection to spread, and one huge thing, one of the main things you must remember, DON'T PICK THEM, always hands off, never never pick them, they will spread faster, stay longer, get more infected, getting worse acne, and you will have scars left forever, this are just some tips, I hope they are helpful, I know acne can be a real hell, believe me, I know, just be confident, don't let bring you down, don't let that get on you or be embarrased or insecure, there are many people that have the same problem as us, you are not alone, and remember it goes, it won't be there forever, is just a phase ;) good luck! if you want to friend me just tell me, I might be able to help you some more with other tips if any of those don't work for you ;)

Green tea works for some people. Drink it and use the teabags for a toner.

I do not know if you can buy it in the US, but I use a so-called soapless mudsoap. It helps A LOT! It is natural, with mud from the Dead Sea. It is called Ahava Purifing Mud Soap for oily skin.
