I know there are nuts with magnesium in them. Magnesium is the center of the chlorophyll, which is responsible for plants capturing light energy. Thus, it's super-duper important.
So anything green is gonna have it. Cooking your veggies releases more of it (aka cooked spinach yuck I would make it into a dip lol.
