If you want a low calorie quesadilla, you get rid of the tortilla and the cheese. What does that leave you with? Not much.
Try an egg white omelet with fat-free mozarella and all the peppers and mushrooms you want. You can buy egg whites in a carton.

Cutting those blocks of cheese into strips and putting it on a corn tortilla while it cooks on the stove.
I love quesadillas too, but they aren't good for trying to lose wieght if you still want it to taste the same. If you want to lose weight you need to stay from any type of tortilla and breads.

lol I would stay away from the white bread and tortillas mostly. try changing the kind of tortialla and a low fat cheese, eat them less, cut down to a couple days a week in stead of everyday.
If you're trying to loose weight then I highly suggest you cut out the cheese. Use veggies, mushrooms, and use either corn tortillas or whole wheat ones.
