I would only eat this 3x a week, on the days I have classes. I don't have time to go to the dining hall because of my schedule and the fact that I get a one hour break after my first class.
It's also nothing elaborate, but I feel like I might be over doing it on the dairy.
2 boiled eggs + one cup of Greek yogurt + string cheese OR a mini bagel.
Good or bad? I just need something to last me for a couple of hours until I get out and I'm not sitting around thinking about how hungry I am...
