How to gain (HEALTHY) weight for muscle building?

I am only 96 lbs (im 5'2- Female) yes i know im under weight anyways i want to gain a pound a week and in order to do that, i have to eat 2,288 calories a day. Which is great and all until i have to eat it. My body is so not used to that. I have such a fast metablosim and i get full so easily plus it takes me forever to eat a meal because if i eat it all fast i feel like i have to puke. Eating a heavy breakfast makes me want to throw up. How can i gain weight so i can feed these muscles? All i keep seeing is low calories food everywhere. I need help! Thanks!' (PS- i barely seen any weight gaining pills, only weight loss so products or a no.)
