My question is: do you think that I will see results?
I know it is not healthy but is it effective?
My question is: do you think that I will see results?
Yes, you will see tons of results. But with that, your mental health will deteriorate.
I am not judging you for your decision, only explaining to you what happened to me. I decide to start to diet when I was 12. I started starving myself, and when I ate too much, I would make myself throw up. Since then, my weight has gone from 120 to 90 pounds (and now back to a healthy weight). I was out into a hospital three times. I almost died. Too this day, I have high blood pressure and risk for heart attacks because of what I put my body through. While in the hospital, I made tons of friends with the same problem. Two of them are now dead. Is it worth it? You may think it's an innocent diet, but it can turn into an extremely deadly eating disorder very easily.
Thanks for your oppinion and also thanks for caring, sincerely I think my mental health is already deteriorated for wanting something like this but I just want to see results. Thanks again for your advice!
Read this and follow what he says about diet and then go to his site and follow what he says about exercise. He doesn't give specifics but he will tell you enough to know what you are doing wrong. Just modify your own exercises to meet his parameters. It will make all the difference and you can eat better too.

Only results you will see will be a trip to the hospital cause training on a diet like that is asking for a disaster, you need to eat enough to get you through the day while still creating the much needed kcal deficit to lose weight that diet however you will see fast results for about two weeks then your metabolism will slow dramatically down and it won't work anymore and as soon as you do start to eat again the weight will come back even more so yea u will see results but not good results you will see results that will make you ill and put u at risk
I dont think that u will be able to survive till u get the results...
Anyway , i have lost about 8 kg in 2-3 months and it was simply by increasing the amount of rouphages that i eat daily. Nothing else. Its a long term effect too. That has a scientific explanation.

There will be results but not all of them will be good. I don't think it's a good idea. You shouldn't have to torture yourself to get a healthy body. It could also be a mental thing. Some people are drop dead gorgeous by just about everyones standards but when they see themselves they think they're really fat. Losing weight won't make their discontent with their body go away. If you have a healthy body then you should instead focus on just being happy and proud with what you have.
You shouldn't starve yourself. Eat a healthy diet with lots of fruit, veggies, whole grains, and protein. Try to avoid processed foods as much as possible. And workout regularly, but don't over exert yourself in doing so. You don't want to damage your muscles or joints.
why are you working out with that diet. You will just end up super skinny , but all of it will be fat.
What are you trying to lose your life?
ehh not really
I really don't think its a good idea as it will stress out you body a lot and can give you stretch marks as the body is rapidly changing.
its better to take it slow and be healthy than trying to rapidly change yourself that can lead to many health risk and can lead to death (it does happen). your body needs a balance nutrition so don't deprive it from that.
I see your point. Thank you for your oppinion!
