I know it is not healthy but is it effective?

I am 68kg and 1.72m, I can't say that I look that fat but I want to be skinnier. I was on a diet (if you can call it a diet. I am eating less than a middleschooler and no junk food) for more than 3 years and I am also going to the gym while on holydays. So far I've seen results but I am not satisfied. I am sick of looking how I do, I want a quick fix so for the next month I am going to eat a lot less (for ex a tomato for breakfast, soup for lunch and a glass of milk for dinner) and workout daily at the gym. After I reach my ideal weight I will stop 'starving' myself and continue working out.
My question is: do you think that I will see results?
I know it is not healthy but is it effective?
