im already fit and strong, and i have a strong core, but i just have a bit stomach fat.
in genreal im quite healthy, i dont eat junkfood or drink soft drinks and i make everything from scratch.
o work out generally 3 times a week,, my work out consist of squats, military lift, deadlift and benchpress or/and ab expercises and interval ( dont do strength training and interval in the same workout).
the only effective diet i have tried before requires very litte food, but i know eating so little and woring so hard never is going to end well.
so anyone that knows of a diet or workout routine that will give me the abs i want?
