I don't want to sign up to the gym because I won't have time to go. And I don't have a car. So I kind of want to try to go jogging near my house.
As for food, I'm a vegetarian but I don't eat so healthy. No I don't stuff my face with greasy foods but I do eat a lot of carbs.
I Haven't gained any weight in a long time. I've been the same for over 5 years. I weigh 215. If anything, my weight will fluctuate between 214-217 lbs. I don't have any health problems and its not like I have trouble walking and doing things. But now I kind of want to build more stamina and lose some weight. I know I won't be thin since my family is curvy and have broad hips and big boobs but I just care about getting rid of my stomach fat and all other unnecessary fat on my body.
Is jogging an effective way to lose weight? And what are foods I can eat and snack on during the day? I work all day and go to school so I can't just go home and cook something.
And also how long until I see results? Like an estimate so I don't get discouraged.
