Hell yeah, girl! Eating right and moving around. So basic it should be illegal. Thank god it's not.
I always go for walks for 3+ hours at a time and listen to albums that way. Most of what I know about rap/hip-hop has come not from going to clubs or shows, but listening to different albums over and over while walking some random place.
You also just feel so great after a walk that all you want to do is drink water, take a shower and do simple stuff. So many simple pleasures!

Walking definitely works. When I visited Washington DC with my dad we ate a lot at our hotel because we just pay one price and can eat as much as we want. But since we were visiting for the first time we ended up walking all over the city everyday. By the end of each day I lost all the weight I packed from all that food. So, walking definitely works.

From my personal experience of getting back to my natural shape by losing 47 lbs I summed up this
-exercises which are combined (long and short cardio) worked best to me, although separated short cardio exercises are better than long ones
Jumping the rope for 10 min can make wonders in comparison with walking
U may not sweat but u burn throughout the day contrary to jogging.A teacher i used to have told me walking is one of the better ways.
Running and other training creates muscles because its intensive use.
Endurance stuff such as walking burns fat without using your muscles to much.Well its best way of loosing weight to a specific level after it you cannot loose weight by walking.

Yes Its a great way to lose weight, you have to put a lot of time in though and no breaks while walking
