anyway I will be going to the gym maybe 3x a week for maybe 3 hours each day? does that sound good?

i want to firm my body but not gain too much muscle. I want to go from a size 24 to a 12max. so I want to remain my thickness, be healthy and have a smooth body.
BA go to whoever can give me a realistic workout plan and please include a period of time I should I expect to stay at the gym? months? a year?
