It doesn't sound as though you are badly overweight. Our opinion doesn't matter though - you should lose weight for your own health and wellbeing; if it is for anything else, what's the point?
When you are de-motivated by exercising/dieting, which is understandable by the way, try to think of something that can be your "treat" or "prize" for doing a good job. There must be something you can do that would be a reward for putting yourself through that for a week.
I'd say staying between 130 and 140 would be the healthy thing to do, but that's just me. Sounds like you're doing well, though.
well,you don't sound obese or anything,and 140 is a hell of an improvement,but you should probably lose more weight,nothing extreme,slow and steady wins the race,just eat healthier and get in regular exercise.
It depends on how you carry it. If you are muscular and athletic, I wouldn't worry about it.
If you want to lose more weight, you can. Just change up your exercise routine.
