How can I lose 10-15 pounds by the first week of may?

Short of not eating and exercising all day? You can't. That plan should've been decided a while ago to lose that much weight and actually keep it off. This would be more achievable if you were really overweight, but since you're already at a good weight, it's going to take longer to lose anything. I'm going to guess you really don't need to lose anything at all! 157lbs at 6'0'' is quite thin.
Awe you are like super pretty (no homo)! The only thing I can think of is called the 48hr diet you can buy it at wal-mart 10-20 bucks in the diet section near like all the medicine and stuff and you can lose 4-16lbs in 48hrs, I don't know if that helps but its about all I can account for I have used it
It's too late to start thinking about losing that much weight now. You should have thought about this during the Christmas holidays when all that food looked so good. It is unhealthy to try to lose more than 1lb a week. Most people that lose weight fast will gain to back just as fast.
If you run 3 hours a day you can accomplish that. You should still eat healthy and keep your calories normal so your body doesn't go into starvation mode. I would split the time in the morning and afternoon if I were you, doing a 3 hour stretch is very difficult.
3 hours a day for running non stop? that's ridiculous. at my speed, that's 18 miles a day.
Agreed. That's close to a marathon, I don't see that happening on anybody that's not well-trained beforehand. Running too much on an unexperienced body can cause enjury very easily, so I definitely don't recommend QA running more than 30 minutes to an hour on a daily basis if she's not used to it.
I split the time and it isn't all that much. Some days I split it with cycling. =P I'm just saying 3 hours of cardio can meet her goal.

Spend a few hours in the Gym and really go the maximum your body can take. However, I think you have too little time as you are aiming for the first week of may and that is in about 2 weeks time.
