I feel bad for my girlfriend on her period anything I can do for her?

My girlfriend has been getting her period a while but its still not quite consistent and she says she's in a fair bit of pain and although she doesn't say this and I would never say this to her but she does go a little nuts I feel bad for her and I've asked her what I can do for her and she says she doesn't want anything but is there anything you girls would like or guys have you done something she liked, thanks heaps,

omg you are like a g-d among men for saying this! So many guys joke and say, "she's got her period, looks like I'm getting head this weekend." Do you know what her favorite flavor of frozen yogurt is and the toppings she likes? That's what she wants lol and if you pick up her fav mag or offer for her to pick what you watch.. If you get her something like a heating pad that would be useful but like she won't want that from you lol

Bring her, her favorite ice cream, chocolate, to eat. Her favorite movies to watch. Take Baby oil to give her a nice back message, and I know I usually get really horny when I'm on my period, so take some condoms.( it might be a little gross, but... whatever.) lol

Cuddle, and make her feel loved, and beautiful, even though she may look like an alien!

loool just had to laugh for the part "she does go a little nuts" just cuddle her take her whatever sweet treats she like. & give her a lower back massage. take some iburophen or nurofen painkillers incase she doesn't have. & don't say anything stupid as well lol.

Just hug her and show her that she's loved. Give her her favorite foods give her flowers watch a movie with her. If she's moody just reaslise its not you its the hormones. Sometimes we can hold the bitchiness in and control the mood swings other times we cant. What would help with a lot of the pain is midol. I take that and I don't feel the cramps. Maybe get her some of that if she doesn't have some already.

Not much you can do. The best thing is to let her rest and relax. I always feel like I should be always doing stuff but when I am on my period my body really just wants to rest. I feel tired.

I would suggest renting movies (not Rambo ones), and getting easy to make microwave food and stuff. Just hangout at home.

It is somewhat comparable to having the stomach flu.

working out/getting exercise helps with the pain. So suggest that? haha I don't know buy her flowers. I mean if my boyfriend did that I'd be cheered up for sure

Get her a box of chocolates. Leave her alone while she's cranky and might say something hurtful she might regret afterwards.

bring her chocolate, give her a massage, may be some sex if she's the type who's horny on their period, cuddle with her, she might cry if she does comfort her.
