I use Clearasil every day and it works pretty good, but doesn't do much for oil. I'm also looking into maybe getting a blue light system after reading this www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2923954/
Thanks,

I had really really bad acne for ages and any products like clearasil, clean and clear and many more just gave me a really bad reaction or irritated my skin even more.
I went to the doctors and they put me on the pill, it helped reduce the acne but not as much as I would of liked. So I was sent to a dermatologist and she recommended using tanning beds. So I tried it once and I noticed a slight difference. So I went again a couple of weeks later and just kept that as a regular routine. I was going twice a month and after a while it made a big difference which I'm really pleased with.
Of course, I have my reservations about using tanning beds, UV lights being bad and all and I don't always go twice a month because my acne isn't as aggressive.
I'm not saying you do this, but it certainly helped me and if you are willing to consider just trying it, then I do recommend. Although I'm certain there are better ways to combat acne, this just happened to have helped me.
I have a topical acne ointment my doctor prescribed me and it does wonders. And I use high end skin care products targeted towards acne. My face lotion is mattifying so I think that helps a lot too.
After a lot of deliberation, I found your answer to be the most helpful, haha.
Thanks =)
Hahahaha thanks anyways lol

try sudocrem on your acne really helped me! and go to a dermatologist and get some decent medicine :) hoped this helped!
Thanks for your help! I actually bought a light system and I realized my "walmart brand" Clearasil was just a face wash and was not acne oriented. I bought the acne face wash, and the benzoil peroxide touch up cream and use the light system every night and it is slowly starting to work *knocks on wood!
Thanks for your help tho and glad it works for you! :)
