If she is vegetarian or something, then it would not bother me that she eat just fruits, vegetables, seeds, and other vegetarian-friendly foods. If she is omnivorous and acts like she has no appetite, then that would bother me. (Well, that applies to vegetarians too.) I am not a fan of girls starving themselves. The women that look the best eating are the women who are eating the best.

With guys... it's mostly about looks and personality.. we don't care much about what you eat or how many calories you burned yesterday. we don't care whether you wear prada shoes or nike. If you are good to us, we are even more good to you- simple. your tastes have nothing to do with attraction, only other women care about it, not we.

They want her to be thin and fit, but also fun and spontaneous.
It's a big tightrope to balance on. Trying to learn how to accommodate these two conflicting desires from men is something that most females in relationships have a hard time with.

I would prefer and appreciate if she stuck with healthy meals so she could keep herself healthy, mbut it's okay to eat a few slices of pizza every couple of months or so. But if she was more into junk then I would be very unhappy and try to change her because I care about my girlfriend.
A healthy diet is most attractive, but I'd want her to able to indulge every once in a while.
