This is my workout
Side plank, raise and lower top leg. 10 reps
Then switch sides 10 reps
Plank 10seconds
Plank with one leg raised 10 seconds
Plank with other leg raised 10 seconds
That's one set. The challenge is to get to 8 sets, currently I'm on 5 lol but I also include 10 press ups. I'm ding this later on today!!

Do ass to the grass squares, mountain climbers, running, hill runs, etc. thats how i got MASSIVE thighs for my sports.. Havnt played for any teams besides rec games occasionally and my thighs are still huge! :/ haha they won't get smaller
