but they say real feelings or true personality comes out when they drunk and they also say people dont know what they do when they drunk

No. We all do stupid things when we are drunk, as long as he didn't actually hook up with her I wouldn't use it a reason to end it. I wouldn't let him get away with though. He would have to grovel.

Weather or not he actually slept with the woman is irrelevant it means he was hoping to which means 1) he would cheat given the opportunity 2) dosent respect me 3) can not be trusted again (what's a relationship without trust). I don't know what kind of situation it actually is, but I would def give him hell for it. I would listen to his side of things, but he'd better have a damn good explanation for it.
