I'm going to call BS on just about every guy who has answered A. On paper most guys think a tomboy is cool because she likes sports, video games, and playing in the mud. The reality is though, these girls never illicit a sexual response in the guy. He most likely won't find her sexually attractive due to her lack of femininity and will continue to see her as a friend.
I've actually seen a couple of girls experience this first hand. All the guys around them were not interested in dating them despite all her male interests. As soon as I told her to change her look and demeanor to something more feminine, all of a sudden all the guys were noticing her and wanting to date her.
Just look at is this way. If a guy walked around in a tight jeans, a pink shirt, and heels, and had interests that included shopping, fashion, celebrity gossip, tea parties and whatever other girlie things you guys do, you most likely wouldn't find him attractive at all. I mean, how many women complain about a guy not acting manly enough. Well most guys can say the same thing about women. If you want to attract most men, you have to act feminine, just as a guy needs to act masculine. I understand that some people might not like this fact, especially if they don't fully relate to their own genders social standards, but the reality is this isn't something socially concocted. For the most part its deep rooted in our biology.
Basically I agree with ubertroll. Having guy interests is OK, but looking and acting like a guy is not. The hot chick who likes football and video games is definitely a fantasy of most men, but a tomboy is not.

I'm actually one of the rare guys who prefers the extreme tomboys that don't wear makeup and completely act and dress like a guy. One of my girlfriends in college looked like Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) except with lighter brown hair. Seriously, she had the same haircut, same glasses, same face, she even had a fairly deep voice for a girl. She even had a plaid jacket that she'd leave on during class when she wore it to class. And I thought she was SUPER HOT.
Actually I'd advise all people be themselves. Even though I'm attracted to extreme tomboys, I'd never tell a girlie girl to become a tomboy or a regular tomboy to become moreso, since I don't think anyone should change themselves ever unless they want to.
Most guys love a girl who has tomboyish interests and hobbies because they have more in common with them and they're usually more fun to be with. What they usually don't like is a girl who dresses like, looks like, or acts like a man. If you wear fitted jeans & t-shirts (girl clothes) that's no problem for most guys but if you wear baggy jeans and loose t-shirts that's very unattractive. They also usually like a girl who will dress up in a skirt or dress once in awhile too.
Based on my experience, there are plenty of guys who are particularly attracted to tomboy'ish girls.
In high school though, it always seemed that the girls who wore a lot of makeup and nice clothes were the ones who got the guys. But a lot of people in high school are superficial I guess.
A lot of guys have told me that they're attracted to heels and long hair and nice nails. And I know most guys consider it a turn-off when a girl mostly hangs out with guys.
I'm personally a girlie-girl for the most part, BUT I like video games and stuff even though I dress more girlie and wear make-up all the time and heels a lot of the time. And guys have always seemed to like that I like video games and stuff. lol

Personality wise, they're awesome. Sometimes physically they can look too boyish, but they're still usually OK. I'm not likely to advise a tomboy to be more girly, the only thing I'd advise to some is to grow their hair out a little more (at least to their shoulders).
I'd like to be with a girl who wears girlie dresses and skirts at least sometimes.
Having 'masculine' hobbies is not a turn-off. I'd like to have one or two interests in common with a girl.
Having a masculine body is a turn-off, though.
Having a masculine personality is also a turn-off.
Having a lot of male friends is also a turn-off.I like tomboy look much, much more than dressed to the hilt feminine look. I have practically no interest in girlie girls, the opposite of the other answer below.
I think it's pretty cool. it generally means she would have more in common with me than most other girls. IE: games, anime or what ever else.
I voted A because if we get along and start flirting we could go out and have a relationship.I've only truly had around 3 long term successful relationships in my day. All of which actually turned out to be with a Tomboy.
Deep inside, she's still a woman. And you'll always find something Sexy about them. Unfortunately guys 2day are wearing Skinny jeans cause the tom boys have purchased all the 32's. LOL
I love tomboys. In fact I wish I was with one currently but I haven't found the right one. You have to also have your girlie qualities or else it would be just like dating another guy.
As long as they don't go ott acting like a macho guy, I would say hot. Very hot! I've had tons of tomboy girlfriends. Who needs slutty high heels and make up anyway?
