Each culture has something that is part of the culture's identity. Here are some of those traits that I find interesting.

1. USA

My home country is a very diverse nation, everyone knows that by now. What many people may not know is how our military used to be segregated. Each unit was divided by race. For Example, Asian Americans specifically Japanese-Americans belonged to the 442nd RCT and MIS. Blacks belonged to the Tuskegee airmen and some tank units, Whites belonged multiple units including the 82nd airborne division. Hispanics belonged to the 65th Infantry regiment. It wasn't till after WWII when Harry Truman was impressed with the 442nd RCT and Tuskegee airmen that he thankfully desegregated the US armed forces.

Another interesting piece of trivia is that German Americans make up about 14% of the US population. A lot of famous people are of German ancestry such as John J Pershing(Pfersching), Leonardo Dicaprio, Neil Armstrong, Tom Cruise, Kevin Costner etc.

4. Mexico

The word Mexico translates to "Navel of the Moon". Traditionally Mexicans were considered to be a mixture of European(Spanish) and part Aztec. Some Mexicans have a small percentage of black ancestry from the slaves that were taken to Mexico. However, throughout the years there have been many immigrants migrating to Mexico including Germans, French, Italians, Asians(Japanese, Chinese) and some people from various African countries. The state Jalisco, has a lot of Mexicans of European ancestry, specifically German. Frida Kahlo was of German ancestry and former Mexican president Vinente Fox is of German and Basque ancestry. During the Mexican Revolution, there were Japanese who participated in that revolution, such as Kingo Nonaka. It's kind of funny when I overhear some conversations from my classmates in college. One classmate says to another classmate "You're Mexican? I thought you were white." Technically he is white if he looks white.

5. India

India's geographic location often causes confusion. Technically speaking they are Asian because they are in Asia but a lot of them are considered to be mostly Caucasian. You're probably thinking "what?!" Well, their genes show Caucasian features. If you look at their facial structure, you'll see that they look like dark skinned Europeans. Further proof can be seen from the Albino Indians/Hindus(pictured below). However, this all depends on which part of India they come from. The ones from North-East India are said to look more East Asian, while the Indians from South India are often called Dravidians which are said to be related to the Aboriginals from Australia. The Northern and Western Indians are often said to look "Caucasian".
