First of all.. There is absolutely nothing wrong with red lipstick as long as its applied right.. I think girls with red lipstick do make a bit of a bold statement which is why it is seen as classy :) and bold! And that is why its pretty and/or alluring. So there's nothing wrong with red lipstick especially if you are going to dress professional. Just apply it right. Plus isn't ULTA known for girls who are into make up? I've seen girls in there I think with purple or black lipstick? I can't remember which bold color it was but they had it applied on right, their hair was beautiful, their outfit was nice.. As long as you do things right it can look good! Plus I always go for a orangish/pinkish color which could be mistaken as red its hard to explain so yeah.. Just go with what you want and what you find pretty on yourself :)
I think the whole picture is just great for a job interview. However if you are a very bold person , confident and kind of a work"bitch" lol, like I get what I want; do wear red lipstick. To me in situations like this it's a sign that I'm more confident for my skills, my achievements etc to care about what you're going to think of my red lips. Lol
i think a pink or nude would be better. red would be great for a normal day at work, but in the interview u don't wanna come off too strong.

The manager at the agency I used to volunteer for told me make up for an interview should be subtle. Red is too bold.
