First off that is one attractive couple. Second I'm black so I might not be qualified to answer this. Third I was in a predominantly white but technically multi cultural fraternity and have a pretty diverse friend group in general so I might have a little insight. From what I've seen white guys really like to gush over their black girlfriends with their black guy friends but that's really about it. When talking to non black guys it sounds pretty much identical to talking about any other girl but since I'm not spying on my friends the whole observer effect thing might be causing a change in behavior. But yeah they tend to talk to me like "they get it" which I don't personally understand but that phrase pops up a lot.
Honestly I think its an inadequecy thing. I think that the idea is that some how white women are above or perhaps that its a validation of the black mans "virility", in the scenario where he is proud of having a white girlfriend (obviously not all asian/hispanic/black/white are the same). Thats the only reason why I could see some one praising some one for that, by placing some kind of added value on the womans ethnicity otherwise who would care? I mean I can understand being a bit cocky/proud when your girlfriend is really attractive (bit of an ego stroke) but doing so because of her ethnicity? No, that seems a bit odd.
from my experience, non-racist white men dont really show off wives based on their race. they might be proud of their wives for their accomplishments or beauty, but white communities don't seem to have that whole mentality of another race being a trophy. it could be b/c they are the top of the totem pole in terms of being praised across the world so their own race hasn't seemed to hold them back in the dating world to have those kinds of insecurities. Totally generalizing of course

No, not at all. For one thing, I rarely if ever see a white guy with a black girl, let alone a really attractive one. Second, there isn't some white racial club where we all sit around high-fiving each other for our successes the way that black people seem to imagine we do. We're all individuals, and most white guys feel a sense of competition with other white guys, not camaraderie. Black guys usually feel like they've put one over on white people if they date a white girl, but white guys don't really give a shit about what they do either way.
No. I've never praised anyone for having any color of girlfriend. Though, I am aware of the black and Hispanic instances of metaphorical high fiving when one lands a white chick. The only "pride" a white dude would get from dating a black chick would be from ultra-liberal politically correct douches applauding them for proving their racist innocence by dating interracially, saying "I am now allowed to cast aside my white guilt."
No, you just date who you like, or you don't. We all have the same DNA, we're all human, we might be culturally different and look different but it's all the same

Sometimes, but I also feel like those guys are putting down their own race by acting like white girls are not attractive enough for them. I identify with both other white men and white women so I like to think white women are the prettiest.
