I think this would be fall out hilarious. Peter gets a postcard from his long lost twin brother! His brother tells him he lives in L.A and that he found Peter after years of searching. When he shows up he is Drop Dead gorgeous and a successful movie producer. The Family takes a strong liking to him some scenes are spent with Peter(failing) and his twin(succeeding) to one up each other. On the sidelines the twin has taken a liking to Lois and is trying to romance her away.

Quagmire gets wind and tries to impress Lois as well, while all of this is going on the kids and Brian are trying to help Peter win Lois back. Quagmire ends up beating up the twin and the twin returns to the Griffin home embarrassed and asks to leave. He apologizes to Peter and says good-bye to Lois. On his way out the door, He gets hit by a bus carrying senior citizens. Stewie makes his usual smart ass remark. Episode closes.

Older one's

but like South Park has said they're written badly

most of the jokes are cutaway Scrubs moments

and nobody actually cares about the plot of the episode

I haven't seen the last two seasons but they could make a good plot show

if they used the characters properly

some of the funniest episodes are when Brian and Stewie work together or it centres around Peter,

so more about characters and a full Adam West episode

I would LOVE to see an episode where they time travel to mid evil times with a gun and scare the hell outta people.it could be stewies way of taking over the world again...ive had better ideas but that's the only one that I can remember off the top of my head.an episode with a hitler revival would be funny

Older. That show jumped the shark pretty early on for me though.

That's true.. I find the new ones disappointing. It isn't as random and fresh and it used to be. Quagmire has fallen flat. Stewie is no longer a homicidal genius out to kill Lois. Peter is just plain flat now...

The problem was that the show started off so extreme with caricatures rather than characters, that there really was anywhere for the show to go.

season 8 was still pretty funny but after that things went bad. I don't have any ideas for an episode :P
