How a Relationship Coach is Helping Me Cope With a Breakup

I didn't know how hard going through a breakup was until I was faced with my most recent breakup. I felt so alone. I was freaking out inside and I felt like no one understood what I was going through. My friends and family were tired of listening to me bitch and that made me feel even more alone. "Oh just move on", if I could I would sometimes that's easier said than done. I felt like I needed more help and more advice. I just didn't get why someone I loved would just leave me.

So heartbroken and alone I began searching the internet for help and advice on breakups.

How a Relationship Coach is Helping Me Cope With a Breakup

I found a relationship coach named Craig Kenneth. He's also a psychotherapist with many years of experience. I know some relationship coaches get a bad reputation and honestly some of the ones I found before Craig their advice was shitty. Craig actually wants to help you and is very passionate about what he does. He understands that every relationship and breakup is different and will offer advice on your unique situation. He's been through most of the things you're currently going through in your breakup and he is very relatable.

He makes videos on his YouTube channel five days a week, answering questions about breakups. I have nothing good things to say about Craig and his platform. You can schedule sessions with Craig only if you want to there's no pressure unlike other relationship coaches. He's not trying to sell you anything. He can't guarantee that he'll get your ex back, but if you don't you'll gain knowledge about relationships and can be a better you for yourself, next partner, and your ex if they decide to comeback to you.

I personally haven't scheduled a session with Craig yet, I've been binging on his videos, but I do plan on it really soon for advice on my particular situation. You can either do an email session or a Skype session. I'll link his website if you're interested in his personal help.

Please note I'm not sponsored by Craig or anything like that I just really wanted to share what's been helping me with my breakup. His videos is the only thing keeping me going right now.

Have a good day everyone :)
