My boyfriend hasn't asked to hang out in 2 months.. is it time to break up?

it started out two months ago when i asked if my borfriend had time on Saturday. he told me he had to work. then on that Saturday i messaged him asking when his work will finish. he told me ''oh my work was canceled'' i responded ''oh so then we can meet?" he then said ''no i made plans with my guy friend'' even though he had already hung out with that friend 3 times that week... like seriously they were out drinking the night before together... and i hadn't seen him for two weeks. and i explained that to him like i haven't seen you in a while. and i asked you first. and you saw him just yesterday.. and he agreed with me and said sorry. but still didn't meet me that day. and then i noticed it is me asking if he has time.. and never him asking me. so i also brought that up to him. i didn't ask him to hang out for two weeks.. and he didn't ask me... after the two weeks i said if you dont want to spend time with me anymore then thats fine lets break up. but he said no i still like you. and my response was 'then why dont you ask me to hang out? and he said okay then lets hang out. i said cool okay. but then he never made any plan to meet me. and when i asked him about it later he said he was busy. the thing is.. he hangs with his friends 3 or more times a week. but hasn't met me in over a month. we do talk on the phone once every few days and text a few timesba day. but haven't physically met in over a month. even though his house is a 15 minutes walk from mine

He is just stringing you along. If he wanted to hang out with you he would be. I think when you tell him you want to break up he is saying no to spare your feelings or he wants you there for when he wants you, but he hasn't so I don't know if that is true. This sounds like he is trying to fade out or maybe even cheating. I am sorry, but to be brutally honest, this is not good and you have to end it! I know, it is going to suck, I am going through a break up thing now too, but we will be fine in the end.
