How to respond to a flirty text?

Well this guy that I gave my number to through a girlfriend of mine

texts flirty things like " hey sexy bitch" I love that he thinks I'm sexy but I don't know how to respond, ( I usually just text back "hello" or "hi". I feel like I am ruining the vibe of the text by not responding back to the texts with the same flirty vibe. I don't have a problem with flirting face to face just a problem flirting through the phone. I find it hard because anyone of his friends can read them :(

Try something like "hey cutie" or something that's just mildly flirty. The tone is still there but you're not gonna end up writing something you'd hate anyone else seeing.
