Well yes and no its always good to get your mind off things but if your doing it just to prove and spite her then No but if its because you enjoy going to the gym and working out then to for it. But remember its good to take your mind off things if you need to
Definitely do something to keep busy, be productive and make yourself a more desirable partner to help you get a new girl. Working out is most certainly a part of that!
But rather than just lifting, I suggest you also start attending some yoga classes and start conversations with some of the girls there.
Do it! Be body confident and show her that you're your own man! Nothing is sexier to ladies than confidence (confident but not cocky). So will be great when you feel ready to get back on the scene again

I like the idea of getting shredded because it shows the world you are in great shape and it proves you have serious motivation and discipline on something that is important to you.
You can still be hung up on someone no matter how good of shape your in. Trust me I’ve been there.

Lifting is good for anything whatsoever in every life situation it can improve it. It affects so many things positive that it's too much to write down now
After a break up you have an emotional burst and now you handle it is up to you. Some people drink themselves into oblivion, others go on fuck binges, others start new hobbies and some ear out of depression. Taking care of yourself is always good.

The reason I voted no is because if you’re getting shredded to make her regret breaking up with you then don’t do it. Do it because you wanna get back in shape and do it for yourself. 🙂
Like someone else said it can relieve stress and you’ll feel good about yourself afterwards. So it’s definitely beneficial.
Sure? It does keep you occupied, but if you want to make her jealous and attract other girls, you may not attract the same kind of girls afterwards.

I think it does help. Not as a way to get them back but as a way to get yourself back.
Exactly, I honestly never wanna see her again. But that doesn't change that I wanna take that part of me back, and be my awesome self again. I think she didn't want me to look good because she was self conscious about her body
