Why would my ex blocked me after I showed her old pictures?

My ex and I have been seperated for about 3 years. We broke up because of a misunderstanding- I had a seizure during the last month of the relationship and my personality was mean because I was recovering.

I reconnected with her lately and we were talking normally about how life has been. I showed her old pictures of us, and she blocked me?
I guess her blocking me means the pictures are too much for her too handle? Or does she actually hate me?

True. She knew about my illness. It’s Just epilepsy and it acts up about once every three years. The thing is when I had one I didn’t tell her because I figured I would just recover normally. But while you recover you go through a lot of psychosis. She knew about it but I didn’t really talk about it.
There’s doubt she woulda stayed by my side because she already knew about it, she just didn’t know how it changed me temporarily.

It’s prob just too much for her. I’ll talk for myself by our 30s we are fully aware love isn’t a fairy tale. Things happen because of people very intentional decisions. No ones turns from a frog to a price no matter how many years have gone by. Seeing the pictures prob brought her back to when she trusted you with her heart and you broke it.

If it has that much affect on her then that means she still cares deep down, right?
The thing is we didn’t really break up for any reason other than I got sickeity epilepsy and didn’t tell her. So what she thought was actually me was just me recovering. And she knows that now.

I don't know if she still cares. She prob def did at once. She is most likely contemplating going there again but has some doubts. Either bc of the way things ended or maybe someone else in her life or even (no offense) ur sickness. You should of probably opened up about being ill while you were dating. Women will go above and beyond for the man they love. That’s why we see women make so many stupid decisions no one can understand. Not saying being their for you would of been stupid I’m sure she would of gladly gone to all your doctors appointments and supported you 100%. But going into something new (which this would be since it’s been years) we go in thinking logically is this something I want to take on? It sucks but it’s a real concern. Lesson here don’t run away from love. When u got it right for it.

I see. I didn’t mean that In a bad way. I know that prob came off really cold. I may be pulling in my own experiences. Maybe just give it some time. I know people expect dating to be easier with age. But sometimes it feels like the older I get the more I’m scared of opening my heart again. I don’t know if I can handle another failure. She might just need time. Maybe the idea of being vulnerable again scared her. Give it time.

Nah, I didn't take it in a bad way. But yes she did care at once, since we were together 7 years and lived together.
I mean there's nothing I can do now except not bother her since I'm blocked. I'm just confused, I write her a letter a month ago... , finally reaches out and talks to me just 2 days ago, unblocked me finally, and goes back to blocking me. Whatever I guess.
