My ex blocked me after I started following her on instagram?

She's been my ex for one year and we haven't spoke since then. Things ended because she lost interest and attraction in me and we stopped talking. She deleted me from her social media and blocked my number. The other day I was scrolling through her instagram and saw that she had a public profile and I decided to follow her. She removed me from her followers list and when I sent another follow request she simply blocked me. Why did she do that if I didn't even say anything?

I got you but I was saying what goes through her head…what she doesn’t want to say out loud. This is normal for the Terminator to think and feel that way.
