It was a serious relationship, i met his whole family and friends and he was talking about marriage but he moved for his job 4 months ago and we haven't spent much time together in last 4 months. He has hard time expressing his feelings but he texted me he loves me ( 3 weeks before he broke up with me) and he was drunk. Then i felt like we need to work on our relationship because we were spending only few hours per month together. We got in a fight He said we will work things out and he promised to change everything. He apologized so many times Later i have realised that i put so much pressure on him because he felt so distant, he even mentioned i could leave him if i am unhappy, and that he doesn't want me to suffer. That scared me. All of this happened in few days, he came to see me and i asked him if he wanted to leave me, he said no. But he was so distant, and i asked few times 1 week later he texted me that he is not sure about his feelings, that he gets cold sometimes and that its best for us to break up I left him on seen because i can not believe that someone can drunk text me he loves me and 3 weeks later he gets cold. Can this be saved?

Sounds like he has some emotional issues and/or underlying problems unrelated to you. It may be possible to patch things up, but unlikely.

The thing is, he is coming back i few months, and now i believe it was me who did this.
I hate long distance relationship and i become a bit clingy and scared
Lately i wasn't sleeping and eating well, and we haven't had time or energy to do things for relationship.
He was mad at me for not taking care of myself
I was a bit jealous also, but nothing too much
I needed a lot of aasurance
I believe everything would be different if both of us had some patience, since he is coming back
Also, he party a lot, its part of his job, so he probably felt like i was needy
I want relive the spark we had, but dont know how
Right now i use no contact rule
