Recently had a break up with my ex boyfriend Been together for about 1 year
He always had trust issues because of his previous ex cheating on him He got better Then he started acting up again So I left him
He kept accusing me of being with another guy ever since we broke up
He kept messaging/calling this week about random things just to talk to me
And then today he messaged me that he's going to see another woman tomorrow And that he's going to have casual hook ups from now on

I mean since you guys are broken up the two of you are free to hook up with anyone you want. He’s probably gonna start sleeping around to help cope with the break up (this isn’t a healthy coping mechanism tho) - maybe try no contact for a bit until everything cools down
You know, it could just be that she refused to go out with him, unless he let you know first. It's the same old debate on whether it's better to have your ex tell you or finding out that you were the last to know... and told by one of your friends who are in shock that you had no clue. I think that you would not just be angry at your ex, but at everyone who kept it from you.
He's your ex for a reason. No need to keep the contact going, especially if you're both going to keep lashing out at each other. You're no longer tied to each other. He can do his thing, and you can do your thing.
Are you really a guy? Sounds like it. If he really has someone lined up so quickly , he has been dipping mr happy with someone else for sometime. It also sounds like he broke up with you , not you with him. I think he wants you to know you are easy to replace.
In life the only way to move is forward & as for your relationship it’s yesterday’s news & as for him he’s moving on to a new story & he can mess around with whoever he wants & you can move forward & do the same if you choose to.

I wouldn't worry with that. I'm in a relationship and, things are not great because of sex. We only had like 20 times in 2 years. And I miss sex a lot, so if I break up with her I probably will have sex if I can. That doesn't mean I didn't love her. It's not the same level.
I know for many women sex is about deep connection but for men the first thing is carnal pleasure, it's a necessity that's why we masturbate a lot and if we don't our body does it for us in our dreams.
I love my girlfriend but I don't love how sex is with us and if she would be OK with it, I would want an open relationship, just because my sex needs are not being met with her. Everything else is, but sex is not, and really far from it.
My point is, it seams for men sex doesn't have the same emotional value as women have. I would be more angry if my girlfriend lied about something very important than cheating with sex. However I would still be mad because she doesn't have a lot of sex with me.
It sucks but the two of y’all are not together anymore. Let the food gates open. Move on and enjoy yourself. It’s your life so make the best of it. There is a reason for the breakup so don’t revisit it.
