My male colleague and I became too close. I'm in a serious relationship and I wised up in time. I asked him to keep his distance and not to talk to me. He avoids me and I avoid him. I can't decide if he is sad or angry? But I know I shouldn't be dealing with this, I should be dealing with myself and my marriage. It's hard to get closure when I'm in the same place.
