You seem a little immature and I don’t know why you are talking about your wife’s hemorrhoids sure she should probably see a dr about that but no wonder she doesn’t feel attractive to you cheating and bringing up her embarrassing problems. Her labor isn’t an example of being hard to read it hurts, everyone deals with pain differently. I walk around no medication I don’t really talk but I do just moan and breath deeply without talking (except telling nurses no and dont touch me) then birth in a natural upright position. You’re worried about the wrong things. If you want to hook up with other women because your wife can’t keep up with you then that’s fine but do the right thing and set her free. If you have any true love for her in your heart you would end things rather than be so selfish as to venture out and still want to stay married. At the very least give her a choice as to if she can be fine with you going for other women but cheating is just gross and wrong.
