We keep arguing & he always comes back, this time it has been over two weeks & I have not heard from him?

So me and this guy I have been seeing keep arguing. We usually apologize to one another and begin speaking again. This time I went off on him and he attacked back and told me to leave him alone. I have not heard from him since. Is it likely that he will eventually return

As the other guy said, there’s been one too many arguments. You two never really got off the ground relationship wise, just too toxic to keep dealing with each other. But I think it’s more troubling that you let him back each time. You’ve created a toxic pattern that you’ve become comfortable with and that should concern you.
