There is nothing shameful about sharing your feelings after a breakup.

In fact, it is a common and natural experience to feel pain, sadness, confusion, and other feelings when a relationship ends.

Sharing your feelings can be a healthy way to process what has happened and seek support and comfort.

It's important to remember that talking about your feelings doesn't make you weak or less valuable as a person.

However, before posting anything online, it is important to keep in mind that anything posted on the internet can be seen by many people and have consequences in the future.

If you want to share your feelings, you may want to do so in a more private and safe setting, such as with close friends or family, or in a support group for people who have been through similar experiences.

My first questiion would be, "why do you NEED a bikinii and a tan?" For most girls, they would be working on their appearance so they can attract a man. So the meme seems to simply suggest that the girl is in the denial phase of recovery.

    Yes lol 😂😂😂

After a break up you’re not supposed to show that you’re hurt or moving on or anything.

You’re not supposed to show anything at all. 😬😬 Anything at all.

Literally.. if you do this. It’s gonna come off as desperation or you being hurt. It comes off as pathetic.

If anything delete all social media or leave social media for at-least 3 months. 😬😬 Cause the idea is to show that you don’t care. If anything change your name on social media. Or take a tour to Dubai or go to a different state for a while. Cut all contact. Change hair color to something natural-looking or normal like black or blonde or brown. Or cut your hair short. Just, DO NOT BE ON YOUR SOCIALS AND/OR EXPRESS ANYTHING. Yikes 😬.

    This is common knowledge.

No. Go to the beach get you a margarita and relax. People on here are some judgmental haters. Don’t even know if it was you that broke up or him. They read it they see oh poor girl got dumb. I’m not sure what they are reading. I read it and I see, someone who is fed up and need a vacation after being in a relationshit.

FYI SLOW PEOPLE: she needs a bikini in a tan. Meaning she needs to go to the beach and have fun for once in a long time. Get it girl. 😂

The part about not needing a man is a little overdone, but the part about the bikini and tan is okay.

If a bikini and a tan helps you cope then so be it. I often head out on a little vacation to collect my thoughts and center myself, if I've been through a break-up.

    Cringe? Maybe.

Incredibly childish and immature and makes you look like you're a really petty bitch? Absolutely. Imagine a man posting something similar. He'd get mercilessly attacked and be called all sorts of stuff like "incel" or "beta" for it.

Kind of. It implies that you can only have a bikini and a tan if you’re single. This isn’t true because you can buy a bikini without proof that you’re single. Also, just walking outside can get you a tan without verifying your relationship status. UV rays still hit you when you’re in a monogamous relationship.

Women show off after a breakup by not being miss independent or by getting with another man. From a man's perspective that's just sad and makes me think I dodged a bullet.

Men show off by not letting it interfere with their life. Keep making money. Being social. Going to the gym. Etc. Could be dating but not if it's like a gotcha or excessive because then it does make you look like shit.

isn't all of the rhetoric like this cringe at this point? Plus, when people don't need something, they don't go out of their way to let it be known to everyone. It just makes the women that say this look silly.

Ah, yes. The "come and get it" post mixed with the "strong and independent" trope and a touch of "nobody is good enough for me".

Well done. You're sure to attract the simps and fuckboys, and have your pick of the next substandard man in your life.

The needing a bikini and a tan part is so perfect. It definitely drives home the idea that you haven't been taking care of yourself while in the relationship, which lets men know that one they commit, you'll let yourself go again so the first couple months will be the best they get from you.

      Great for long-term relationship prospects.

Yes , its simply a reaction that actually shows the vulnerability of the individual making the post , the actual opposite of what they were looking to achieve.

    Yes. And hypocrisy.

Or maybe you were dating a woman in which case you either really don't need a man... Or you really do but maybe work on the quality of your choices instead of blaming men for them.

Why would you want a bikini and a tan, except to get a man? Tans don't bring any intrinsic pleasure, and neither do bikinis. It would make more sense to say a toke and a beer.
