Now she appeared again, sending me money saying she wants me to go on a trip, AGaIN.

I appreciate but my ex has been absent from my life enjoying his life with another girl and I finally moved on, why doesn’t she just leave me alone?

She may feel bad about what he did and she may very well prefer you over who he is seeing currently, which is a nice gesture.

It may take you contacting her once and for all and telling her, that although you appreciate the gesture, it is in your best interest that it stop, so you can move on.

Well, yep. I guess maybe. She has often told me how she thinks her son doesn’t deserve me and he’s just a stinky man who doesn’t deserve my worries.

He’s very handsome. She often asked me why did I love him so much and she even cried when we broke up. She cut ties with her son when he broke up with me and they didn’t talk for a month, my ex still doesn’t go home to this day, because his family didn’t approve the way he ended things with me.

But I don’t want to worry about it anymore. I want to move on and her constant care makes me remind me of him.

Sounds like she liked you more than her own son. Maybe trying to replace him with you. I have an ex-mother-in-law like that. I haven't talked to her in years. She gave me some personal items she wouldn't trust with her own daughter. It has to be tough on her to have to do that with her own son but she knows how he is. He must not be that good.

I think she understood that having me as her family would be an amazing thing for her som as well as for his family, because I am very caring and devoted to my family members and I considered her to be my family, I encouraged my then fiancé to go out with her more often and to take her on family dates and I always remembered things she cared for and reminded her son to take better care of them. He did the same for my family.

I will be a mom someday too, I wanted his mom to be happy as he gave birth to a man who I loved the most, so I often cared for her almost as much as I do care for my mom.

I refused to accept the money she just sent and I told her I love and appreciate her but I feel like it should be me giving gifts not her. She messaged me that she wants me to have fun and that she will always miss me.

Her son moved far far away after he broke up with me. I guess he wanted to start from a new paper.

His mom asks me if by any chance I have called him, I told her I haven’t called him since January and he hasn’t called me either. She said yes that’s when he started talking with the new girl and she was still hoping maybe we still called. Of course I don’t.

Her son will have to stand on his knees and beg me forgiveness for me to ever tell a word to him.

He called me in December and asked me for forgiveness but that’s not out of regret but out of guilt. He said he fucked up and met someone new and that it was his fault and he is sorry. But he doesn’t regret. So I guess he can stay with that someone new and enjoy his life. I have nothing against it anymore. Time is my ally, his new relationship will soon become boring, tiresome, annoying and when the infatuation is gone he will know who was really worth it.

But I don’t care anymore. The first time you betray is hard, then it gets easier so I guess next girl will have it harder. Especially if she knew that he was engaged and still went for him.

And I think she knew because he told me he has said about me. So I don’t care anymore, it was a good lesson, to be backstabbed by someone I trusted more than my own self. And his mom can’t do me any amount of money or can’t do anything to compensate for the feeling of guilt and shame for her son.

He doesn’t even go home anymore. I think that girl whoever she is - is a very good manipulator and manipulated with him perfectly well.

I sent it back to her. My ex was always caring and tried not to take money from his parents, he always thought he must have been the one helping them. I wouldn’t feel good accepting their money especially now that their son is not here to enjoy it with me.
