It is easier to hate someone than miss them, this has helped me a lot.
And when people ask ;How do you hate someone you used to love?
Well
Oftentimes when we miss someone, we only think about the good times we have spent with that person, the lovely memories we can’t forget no matter how hard we try. It isn’t easy trying to make yourself forget someone you used to love.

Personally , I stop seeing you in that light , instead i think/remember the ones that hurt me the most. That way I hardly think about you because in my head our memories are sour …
It helped me move on , not in a bad way ; just to gain my sanity

People think hate is the opposite of love, yet it is actually apathy. There is a fine line between love and hate. If we don't care for a person, we have no expectations of that person. If we have no expectations, we can't be disappointed. When we are disappointed, because our expectations haven't been met, we get hurt, angry, frustrated and then project that out as hatred.
Exactly…
I’d rather miss someone than hate them. Feeling hate brings me a lot of pain and mental anguish.
