Is he narcissist if he tells good everytime about his self. and say not good things about his exes?

No one is obligated to make anyone else look good after a break up. When people break up, they both think they're in the right majority of the time. If you want the other half of the story you need to be talking to his exes.

I'm only concerned for you because it sounds like his exes are on his mind more than you obviously are.

(All of this is entirely my opinion, I also think a real narcissist is pretty rare and the label gets tossed around a lot for no reason)
