Is it true that once a Scorpio is done they are 100% done? I keep running into my Scorpio ex and wonder their true intentions. ?

My Scorpio ex broke it off with me a couple years ago. I’d see him driving into work 2-3 times a week. He knew the time I would go and once he knew I’d see he all the time after this. He makes his profile pictures all things to get my attention, things I love, then I ran into him at my job twice. First time he walked right past me and second time he came running over to specifically take time out to talk to me. What are his feelings or intentions? He sends mix signals and doesn’t come out with his feelings so I have to read through him analyzing everything. Of course I am not over him but I wouldn’t get back together with him either. Please help.

I don't know about the Scorpio thing but I am a Scorpio and after I was dumped after a year and a half together, I accepted it was over and two weeks later I was back dating. It's easier to be 100% done with someone if you can easily date someone else. I don't think it's a Scorpio thing.
