My ex wants nothing to do with me. Why am I so bothered by this if I’m the one who ended things?

I don't know how long you were in the relationship. I'm thinking maybe the attachment is possible that you once had with this person. You went from possibly talking or living together maybe to silence. You were used to knowing that person was there and now not. It's will get easier one day at a time. I just recently needed a 3 month relationship Tuesday. It hurts me worse than the one I had for 9 years. We connected so much on a lot of things and it wasn't until today I have decided I'm going to work on me and my new life I have to go out and find. I have to learn that ended it for a good reason. Keep focused on things and be busy and everything will workout. When you find yourself thinking of that person redirect your thoughts to something positive that you enjoy. My go to is waterfalls. Because if I listen to music to help cope it makes me think of the person every single song relates to the ex. I hope this helps.

As for the heart the heart wants what the heart wants & sometimes the heart can’t always have what it truly desires & sometimes hearts do get broken. As for your relationship you ended things & naturally if you broke someone’s heart that person most likely wouldn’t want to have anything to do with you. As for it bothering you it will especially if you still have feelings deep down for your ex.

In life we all make decisions & in life we all move on & so will you & so will your ex.
