Have you spoken to a trained professional yet about this? I know you want to know the answers to these questions but that's who can really help you if you're in a situation with a narcissist. People that aren't narcissistic could do this too so that's why I think therapy can help you if you're really concerned about this.

I’ve emailed my university and will get professional help through them yes. But I can’t get help instantly.

I'm so glad to hear. In the mean time be careful. If this person keeps trying to contact you after you've made efforts to block them on everything, it means they aren't getting the point. My concern is they try to find you to force conversation in person out of nowhere. Good luck and I hope your university provides you what you need

I don't think there's any particular length of time.
