so my ex broke up with me because she is starting to fail at college, she also wanted to be friends I tried that but it was to hard, I told her I can't be friends or talk,

so anyways she broke up with me feb 5th and four days after she tried contacting me and she evern wished me a happy Valentine's , so anyway the other night she sent me a text saying "still can't be friends?" so anyway we started talking I asked what she was doing she said " just drinking with the boys, bored you?' why would she say that?

anyway she asked if I still missed her I said yes and I asked her and she said I wouldn't be texting you drunkenly if I didn't

so anyway I called her up the next morning and I asked if she wanted to hangout she said no because her best friend was coming over that lived far away and she never seen her in months

so anyway I ask her her not to contact me anymore and I said goodbye , but when she said goodbye it sounded like she was crying

I really really like this girl and I want her back, but I can't be friends with her, do you think she will contact me again or is there a chance to get back with her?

what should I do? I was planning on contacting her like March 9th and was going to ask to hangout , what are my best chances to get her to be my girl again?

Well you have already told her you can't talk to her and she has still contacted you. She clearly still wants you in her life. The best way to get someone back is to show them what life without you is like so not contacting her at all is a good way to go about that.

I suspect she will contact you before that time.

Try ignoring her next text and see how she reacts. Stick with your date of March 9th.

no you are certainly not ready to be friends again. so just stick with no contact. if you want you can try one last time on March 9th..but if it doesn't work out then just do no contact... this lets be friends crap never works...always ends up hurting one party

she wants to be friends because she misses u. because you both are used to each other. but she does not a want a relationship as of now. so what's left?----being friends! even my ex boyfriend tried to do it.. he broke up ...but wanted to be friends because he did not want the breakup pain but did not want a relationship either. but I refused...we are back together now because I made it clear..its either relationship or we both don't exist for each other.
