No thank you, I will continue to flirt with hot guys at the mall and even proceed to ask for their #. Think that won't work? Just look through my contacts on my cell 🌞😉.
Why women should make a bit of effort. 1) Equality, you want him to chase; you better make an effort to keep someone that values you so much
2) Men age like wine, women like milk. Find your partner quickly. Women have an expiration date. [Anyone who argues against that is delusional or selling you something]
@Stmarco : Oh hell no man, that one's been out there for at least a century. But it's truth.
Admittedly modern medicine has pushed back a woman's expiration date a few years but it's still there. But it still rolls like this. All other things being equal the 35 year old women is not getting nearly the attention of the early 20 somethings.
That's pretty sad, dude. FYI when I was young and inexperienced I was insecure and didn't know how to please a man. Now however, I'm more confident, ask guys out and know how to please a man. It depends what kind of companion you want at your time of life.
@WaterRat : Not sad... realistic. As far as your story. You just basically admitted you chased alpha type cock when you were younger (20's) and now you are in your 30's looking to lock down a beta wallet. You honestly think your path is unique? Not trying to be insulting but I've heard variants on your story dozens of times. You're following programming. The hamster is what let's you rationalize it. [google that one]
I wasn't implying being unique, quite the contrary. by the way I'm chasing Alpha Wallet. And it's not rationalizing when you want a balance of all, (Alpha, nice, money) when it's difficult to lock one in with all. It's called the Settle for Less Hamster. Most girls don't want to be with a dick forever. But you already knew all that and I just bored you to tears. *CLAP CLAP*
Fu*k no! This leads to the stupid behavior where we are just not sure if your interested. Hunters don't want to throw there spear at what they might think is a rock. Plus you know how bad it is having guys you find creepy hitting on you your just encouraging pepole like that by telling them to chase women.
Whoever wants to chase should chase. If a woman chases a man and he refuses to be caught by her, that same woman is likely to accuse the man of being a homosexual. If a man chases a woman and she refuses, that man likely will think he wasn't persistent enough. See the difference?
"Men are hunters" · Goddess Artemis will have to disagree.
"People break up over silly things, and [do] not want to commit." · You don't speak for all couples facing or has faced divorce. A break up is NEVER silly.

I understand the thinking but would have to disagree with all of it. That logic doesn't apply to "hunting" and "catching prey" lol, or the real term, dating. #5 I don't even really get the logic there and my view of that is if WOMEN were to be the "hunters" more, ie, make the first move and ask out guys I think there would be a lot more successful and happier relationships because I feel ultimately it's the women that choose really.
Couldn't agree with the first one more. I know plenty of different kinds of guys and none of them or myself enjoy chasing women. Things like this are why girls are so confused and asking if they should play hard to get every day.
6. You're deeply insecure and fear that the man will break your heart if you put in more effort than he does so you allow him to do all the work and take all the risk to protect your fragile ego.
Making us chase is fine, just be worth it. Don't be a 180lbs, college dropout who has never traveled outside her hometown and has no aspirations - yet expect quality guys to come after you.
Funny how these kinds of takes are written by anonymous people. I mean, since men are just so eager to waste their time over you, you must be some epic hot shit right, so why hide?
Very gender biased take. Men should not have to chase for his woman if she is for him and same for women. Not only is it gender bias, it also makes the women sounding more like a child.
For me personally, I dont want to play games. If I like him, he knows. If I dont like him, I want him out of my way. Not to mention how cofusing and irritating this would be for men caught up in this cat and mouse garbage.
I've never chased anyone for long. At my age these days I hardly chase them at all, I'd be gasping for air after about 10 feet, If I didn't die of a heart attack before that and/or break half the bones in my skeleton when I fell down.

True very true
Since the majority of divorces are initiated by women i dont think this would be a good strategy for long term relationships.
Your last line reads as follows:
"There is something about not sleeping around, and working for your relationship to make things last."
When, at the same time, it's obvious that you're promoting men chasing so that you can get more while caring less. Irony.
Whoever wants to chase should chase. If a woman chases a man and he refuses to be caught by her, that same woman is likely to accuse the man of being a homosexual. If a man chases a woman and she refuses, that man likely will think he wasn't persistent enough. See the difference?

Actually I just really disagree with this whole article.

Totally one sided but its okay i perfer my significant other to show the same amount of interest i refuse to compete for a spot in someone heart

One good reason not to make a man chase you: he might think you're not interested and give up.
Always be honest about what you want or what you don't want, it's the safest way.
