So you think these two men are equal value in dating? Lmao. One isn't higher value than the other? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 tell me women prefer the keyboard warrior just as much as thor. Please.
@This_Is_My_Opinion8 never heard of this. Think is cute or cool yeah. I've never once heard a girl want to fuck him. That being said he's not obese and he's rich and famous so clearly still more high value than keyboard warrior here.
Yes he is. But notice how him and Chris are very different and still have fans? That's the point. What is considered high value varies a LOT! It's not just about how you look and what you have is also about who you are.
@This_Is_My_Opinion8 only a few of those in the lgbtq will like Harry styles in the way this post is talking. Mate value refers to physical and emotional value of a ""long-term mate" not someone you want to make more music... That's a small percentage of a small percentage lol. Some fan girls are also clearly mentally ill with the way they behave: it's obsession rather than love and happens for any gender despite orientation.
@LovingLoverReturned his fans are far from just lgbt. I agree that physical and emotional values are the go to standards but that's just it the emotional values that people actually value are very different from person to person.
@This_Is_My_Opinion8 "What is considered high value varies a LOT" I don't know about varies but id say there's lots of factors that all balance out. But i mean the post is saying high value doesn't exist and that's total nonsense.
I can guarantee you that a normal guy, in every sense, super average, for a girl that truly loves him for his personality, will see him as more high value than any supposed top tier guy that you are thinking about.
@This_Is_My_Opinion8 I've never seen any evidence of this. I have seen lots of women with normal husbands cheat with more flashier wealthier famous sorts of men.
@bamesjond0069 and I have seen the opposite. They are good on paper, but then don't fulfill their wives in any sense. Not emotionally or physically. So they go look for it somewhere else.
@This_Is_My_Opinion8 well id say a good personality and other personal aspects contribute to making one high value. However its impossible to comment on such online and its simply either confusion on your part or an attempt to add confusion to the argument. Its like saying there's a hot rich guy with game saying hey baby and being confident standing next to an ugly broke man nervous and shy and shaking a girl is standing there. Of course the hot guy could have a bad personality or be shitty in bed... so could the other dude. No point even commenting on stuff that nobody can see. Its just a disingenuous to say a normal dude can get a girl better than thor because the normal dude could have a great personality... and so could thor. Do you personally know him? No? Well then there's no reasonable comment to be made on his personality.
@bamesjond0069 I fully agree on that. A very rich guy can have a good personality and a poor dude vice versa. My only point is what is more valuable to some won't be to others.
Anyone who lives in the either alpha or beta world is just a complete idiot. No one is born predetermined to be either or. Some of these guys actually believe you are born a leader or a follower, but don't realize that leadership is a trait anyone can learn. Obviously people are going to be different, and people are going to have other priorities. Some guys prioritize family or relationships over other things and others prioritize their own interests over everything else. That's not being alpha or beta, that's called freedom of choice and caring about different things. What I say is screw what people or society says, just live your life, believe what you want and do you.
You are dreaming. There’s definitely Status amongst men and women as it relates to marriage and “baby Mommie/Daddy”. You sure not 15? by the way, I noticed Holocaust reference in your post. The worse Holocaust ever are the abortion rights women and men using the Womb as a Hitlerian Gas Chamber exterminating millions upon millions
Excellent MyTake, couldn't agree more. Did you know that Animal Fram was written as a reflection of Soviet communism, just thought that was an interesting point. https://www.sparknotes.com/lit/animalfarm/context/

Sadly , when you're in high school you start learning about popularity. And as life goes on you can see how it affects people's lives. How you have developed and what your ethics and morals are, shapes the way you see others. Look at the questions on here as an example. Lonely girls that can't get a date and promiscuous women that sleep with tons of men. Good guys that are alone and other guys that are out there giving it to a bunch of the promiscuous girls. Maybe you see things differently, but in general you're in the minority.
Yet I know a great many highly successful people with many friends who weren't popular in high school, and many people who were popular in high school who are now lonely sad.
The whole system is dynamic. Men are valued for their physical strength, and resources, and women for their beauty and youth, on average. Surely there are countless other factors such as education, same mindset, political views, and personality. But we still behave as per our biological instincts. An attractive bad boy is attractive when women are young but it changes as per age. Plus women put high effort into their appearance from childhood and most men can't afford that without establishing themselves.
The term "alpha male" is a semantic vagary spawned from social media slang. The only "alphas" are the wise. These semantic vagaries are unhelpful in terms of self-improvement. We should discard these vulgar expressions of greatness and focus on building our character and developing wisdom.
Science is organized knowledge, wisdom is organized life-Kant.
One look at dating app statistics debunks this. Its a truth women don't seem to want to admit because it makes them look bad or shallow but its okay to be honest about your standards. Men aren't stupid (for the most part), they see the inconsistent behavior plain as day from women.
It's not a myth and there's no need to 'debunk' it. You even make historical references, which is not exactly in support of your overall thesis.
Although, I don't subscribe to the greek alphabet hierarchy talk, it's not fair to say it's all hogwash. There are people that swear by it (or pretend to at least). The complexity of life is too much for some groups to handle, so one could regard these extreme simplification attempts as a coping mechanism.
Well, a “high value man” as defined by KS and popular narrative, is a wealthy man with status. A quality man, as I define it, is a virtuous man of great character and high relationship market value - Husband material.
@MzAsh TY for sharing that. Only thing is a wealthy man of status has a much higher marriage value then your described quality man. Woman aren't running around chasing virtuous men of character nearly as much as they're chasing wealthy men of status.
It is always crazy to me to look back and see how fortunate I have been with the ladies, yet in the moment I felt like a dweeb who had no shot. Once I gained confidence I instantly had "game". It really comes down to seeing your own value, which may just be companionship and that's enough.
I’ve gone back and forth on the whole “alpha vs beta” male thing over the years. I used to buy into it. Then I realized it’s just an excuse to bully people. Thankfully I’m hearing these labels much less often nowadays. Human beings aren’t wolves.

I can agree with this take, save for one point. Beauty/handsomeness IS NOT entirely subjective. If that were true we WOULD NOT have supermodels that we hold up as ideal physical specimens to which to aspire to. I do agree physical beauty is fleeting. You may have it today, you may have it tomorrow, but you WILL NOT have it forever. But still, let's not pretend it doesn't exist or play a very REAL role in partner selection. Lol

I would bet most women would say Ryan Reynolds is a high value man. There are definitely high value men, it's just the term itself that some people seem to have a problem with. Not sure why.
This is perhaps the dumbest thing I’ve read. “Debunked” and your entire article can be summed up in “to each their own…” wow, you sure wasted your time.
I never bought into leagues or alpha men. I try to be the best I can be and when I looked for a girl I wanted to be with I was always concerned with more than looks. Compatibility with my values and likes were more important than cup size.

As for the Animal Farm quote; politicians are a great example. They tell you to wear a mask, but they only wear one when they spot a camera. That's because even though we are all equal, some are more equal than others.
I've been hearing this stupid thing that apparently wearing a mask means you're beta and not wearing one means you're alpha haha. Some people wear them not because they want to but because they are actually looking out for others safety. People are just complete idiots.

Yeah, for real
Extreme examples. But change that second one with Harry Styles. Skinny dude that uses dresses that right now has more fans that Thor does.
@This_Is_My_Opinion8 fans does not equal sexual value. Gay dudes are quite popular with girls, doesn't mean all the women want to marry a gay.
They do want to fuck Harry brains out. That I can assure you. You clearly haven't seen how crazy they are over him.
@This_Is_My_Opinion8 never heard of this. Think is cute or cool yeah. I've never once heard a girl want to fuck him. That being said he's not obese and he's rich and famous so clearly still more high value than keyboard warrior here.

Exactly, and I'm glad someone finally said it; it's all rubbish! High/low value, "leagues", Alpha-this, Beta-that - it's crap, the lot of it.
You are dreaming. There’s definitely Status amongst men and women as it relates to marriage and “baby Mommie/Daddy”. You sure not 15?

There’s a big difference between a “high value man” and a quality man.
250,000$ is indeed a big difference.
@MzAsh what do you think is the difference?
Well, a “high value man” as defined by KS and popular narrative, is a wealthy man with status. A quality man, as I define it, is a virtuous man of great character and high relationship market value - Husband material.
Distinguishing between these terms would make a great topic for my blog website.
@MzAsh TY for sharing that. Only thing is a wealthy man of status has a much higher marriage value then your described quality man. Woman aren't running around chasing virtuous men of character nearly as much as they're chasing wealthy men of status.
And that’s why they can’t stay happy or married for longer than a few years each.
@MzAsh The women? Yea I agree w/ you they're looking for superficial things so they csbt stay married or happy.
It is always crazy to me to look back and see how fortunate I have been with the ladies, yet in the moment I felt like a dweeb who had no shot. Once I gained confidence I instantly had "game". It really comes down to seeing your own value, which may just be companionship and that's enough.
Yeah... no. One look at the Tinder stats disproves your post. 90% women are chasing the top 5% of men.
And what's the corresponding statistic for men? I would expect it is quite similar.
@slatyb Not at all. The top 80% of men are chasing after the top 80% of women. Men are FAR less delusional than women.
Where are these stats?
I’ve gone back and forth on the whole “alpha vs beta” male thing over the years. I used to buy into it. Then I realized it’s just an excuse to bully people. Thankfully I’m hearing these labels much less often nowadays. Human beings aren’t wolves.

@ACR130
Most people are idiots. It used to be only SOME people, but now its MOST.
There's always a hierarchy of value.
But with humans, there's always a complex manifold of hierarchies of value.
