It's usually the confidence and looks that girls like in them, not the fact that they're jerks.
i dont know why but it seems like bad guys always say the right things thatswhy nice girls fall for them
I don't think they do end up with jerks key word being end. It doesn't last.
Not hard to see what kind of person someone is if you met them in real life and talked to them for an hour, therefore your problem is just plain stupidity.
Women, not just nice women, fall for jerks simply because they like being a little naughty themselves too, plus they always think that they can change a guy - turn him from bad to good, keeping all the good stuff and eliminating the crap behavior. :)

ORRRRR, These Little Girls that choose these Bad Boys are just Immature, and don't know that they need a Real man later on in the future. They'll soon to realize it and try to find a "Nice Guy"

i see you got a down vote by someone who finds more joy in the thought of the chase, than the actual possession... I wonder if they ever actually catch their partners, some live married lives, ever "evading" the true claws of their partner - even if they sleep in the same bed, they live worlds apart, and only (if only) know a figment of the person they married... because that is how they choose to see their partner, as someone unattainable, In my opinion it screams IMMATURITY, and the unwillingness to have a real relationship with their partner.

Maybe those nice girls are just inexperienced when it comes to relationships so they end up dumped because they don't know how to be in relationships.
The main reason is because jerks are better looking. That's the real answer. Any girl can be a jerk even ugly ones, but if he's ugly forget it.

I don't think this is necessarily true. Unless he's extremely unattractive, at the end of the day it's really just confidence. I personally have a guy friend who used to be incredibly insecure and who couldn't score anyone (he is slightly below average looks wise); however, just last year he got confident and has become a "player" for lack of a better word.
I've had a lot of girls tell me looks play a much part.
The fact that he still hasn't gotten with you@naturallywonderful means that he's still fucked up and not good enough
They are also the ones that do the approaching, which I think is the real reason. That and nice guys are "boring" and women seem to get bored easily.
And it's not so much "confidence", but the illusion and simply don't care lol
I always end up talking to all the guys that are jerks like that is all I attract and I don't know why.
They don't axt desperate and they pursue and it's hot
They know how to sugar coat things and then dump you like a mouldy bread.
