Is it too late to talk to this girl and if not what should I do to start a conversation?

Basically I have two classes with this girl and the one is right after the other. The first class is pretty small, about 17 people in it, and nobody really talks to each other in it. she sits in the front row with two random girls she doesn't appear to be friends with and I sit toward the back. The second class is a lot larger, about 100 people. For the last 2 or 3 classes she and her one friend a have sat directly in front of me and my two friends (this is college by the way, the next time we'll have class will be our 4th week of classes, I'm a freshman and she's a sophomore). I haven't talked to her as a didn't really have any interest in her until recently as i hadn't really noticed her until towards the end of last week. Also I usually have no problems going up to girls and talking to them. As well in high school, almost any girl i sat next to in a class would end up having a crush on me. So I have no problem talking to girls. The problem is that I feel it may be a little weird randomly talking to her as we'll be in the 4th week of classes. Especially since talking to her in the first class would mean I would have to move from the back to the front. So now that the context is out of the way, is it too late to talk to her and if so, what would be the best way to go about it. P. S. She seems like a really nice girls so i'm not worried as to how she's react, also I don't need advice on how to flirt, just on what I asked.
